Name the metric
Coverage, speed, customer satisfaction and complaints are separate subjects. A strong result in one does not establish every other aspect of service. Check what was measured and whether it matches your priority.
Understand complaint tables
Ofcom publishes complaints made to it relative to customer numbers. These are not all complaints made to the provider and do not measure reception at your postcode. Smaller providers may not appear in a particular comparison.
Keep the dates visible
The publication date and the period covered can be months apart. A review from a different device or earlier network arrangement may be useful history without describing today’s experience.
Use a personal checklist
Combine local coverage, support accessibility, device features, travel needs and the written commitment. We do not turn isolated comments into a universal best-network ranking or claim that a provider suits everybody.
Keep the next step official
General information cannot confirm personal account conditions. Read your provider’s current documents and use its official channels before making a change.
Your next step remains your decision.
