The anatomy of a mobile plan

Read the commitment as carefully as the allowance.

01

Start with ordinary use

Look at a few typical months rather than one unusual week. Consider calls, mobile data, tethering and travel. An allowance that exceeds your normal use may not solve the problem you are actually experiencing.

02

Identify the term

Locate the service start, minimum commitment and continuation conditions. If a phone is included, inspect its repayment schedule separately. A plan described as monthly can still contain a longer minimum term.

03

Read conditional features

A benefit may need activation, depend on eligibility or stop before the main agreement ends. Check whether it becomes a separate paid subscription and how it can be removed. We do not activate features or select products on your behalf.

04

Keep your own record

Save the actual contract summary and the terms supplied when you join. A current website page may describe a newer product. Confirm unclear points with the official provider before agreeing to a change.

Keep the next step official

General information cannot confirm personal account conditions. Read your provider’s current documents and use its official channels before making a change.

Your next step remains your decision.
